- You must be a regular reader and contributor to our blog post.
- You must be following and must have subscribed to our blog.
- You must have familiarized yourself with the type of topics we accept and publish on our blog (Check the list below)
- You must have read our pitch guidelines thoroughly.
OUR PITCH GUIDELINES:
Carefully read through our guidelines before pitching us your idea.
- Ensure you have a powerful and captivating post headline.
- Your post pitch must be within the acceptable topics for this blog.
- Ensure your pitch includes bullet points and an outline of what your post will cover.
- Your pitch must be brief and submitted in the body of your email. No file attachments.
- Ensure your pitch is for an unpublished and original post.
OUR SUBMISSIONS GUIDELINES:
- If we accept your pitch, we’ll contact you via email to submit a draft copy of your post.
- Your draft must be between 800 – 1000 words.
- You must submit your draft in a standard size 14, Times New Roman font.
- Your submission must be clear, concise, properly edited, well-constructed, and informative.
- Upon acceptance, you must submit your post before the 20th of the first quarter month.

- Other related topics on social media issues and solutions for creatives.
E) Lifestyle: We’ll review topics around healthy lifestyle tips for creatives and related topics.
F) Creative Confidence: We are interested in topics around confidence building for writers.
We reserve the right to use your post to create –
- Social media posts with you as a collaborator.
- Post adaptation into reels and video formats for social media on our social pages.
- Adaptive Twitter extracts, Medium posts, LinkedIn posts, and Pinterest Pins.
- Upload the video adaptation of your post to our blog, YouTube channel, and Social media.
- Broadcast guest posts to all our newsletters and blog subscribers.
DISCLAIMER:
- Acceptance of your pitch doesn’t guarantee its publication if you submitted a poorly written article.
- Refusal to allow for tweaks in your submitted draft, headlines, and content structure will lead to the rejection of your post.
- We’ll only consider guest post pitches submitted within the pitch period.
- Please allow 48 – 72hrs after your submission for a response.
- Non-adherence to our pitch guidelines or submission guidelines will lead to outright rejection.
OUR PITCH PERIOD:
Our updated pitch period is the 1st week of every quarter.
We spread our publication period within the quarter we accept your pitch.
We entitle accepted guest writers to 2 articles per quarter.
OUR PAYMENT PERIOD:
- We make payments upon acceptance of your final article draft to your local bank account.
- I will provide a form for your payment details and communicate the date of payment with you.

The Creatives Oasis Blog is thrilled to create opportunities for niche experts to guest post and own a column on her blog.
We’re inviting creative professionals who can tailor their expertise to suit areas of interest to us and our readers, to write with us.
Such areas include:

- Book Publishing/Marketing
- Budgeting
- Productivity
- Social Media

Columnists must adhere to creating content tailored to nurture the minds of budding creatives who are our target audience.
Onboarding with the Creatives Oasis gives you access to publish content within the niche areas of this blog once a month (Subject to policy changes).
You’ll also have access to own a dedicated writer’s column, a full author’s profile page, and a central hub for all your articles.

- You must be a regular reader and contributor to our blog post.
- You must be following and must have subscribed to our blog.
- You must be a niche expert/burgeoning niche expert in any of the areas listed above.
- You must have social proof of your activities in your niche area.
- You must have read our pitch guidelines thoroughly.
How To Apply:
Carefully read through our guidelines and send us an email to apply.
The email should contain:
- Subject: Columnist
- Why do you want to have a column on our blog?
- 3 powerful and captivating post ideas for your column in your niche (Use a doc file)
- The pitch must include bullet points and an outline of what each post will cover.
- Your pitch must be brief and submitted in a Word doc file.
- Ensure your pitch is for unpublished, original, and plagiarism-free posts.
Our Submissions Guidelines:
- We’ll contact accepted columnists via email to submit a draft copy of the topic we’ve chosen.
- If we accepted all your topics, you can submit your posts for subsequent publication monthly.
- If we didn’t accept all, you’ll have to pitch new topics monthly for your column.
- Your draft must be between 1000 – 1200 words.
- Please submit your draft in a standard size 14, Times New Roman font.
- Your submission must be clear, concise, properly edited, well-constructed, and informative.
Acceptance Guidelines:
- We will only review pitches from creative experts willing to publish 1 article every month for a maximum of 6 months.
- We will only accept columnists dedicated to fulfilling their duties of submitting one post per month.
- We will only accept columnists who have remarkable expertise and social proof in their areas of expertise
Our Rights:
We reserve the right to use your post to create:
- Social media posts with you as a collaborator.
- Post adaptation into reels and video formats for social media on our social pages.
- Adaptive Twitter Extracts, LinkedIn posts, and Pinterest Pins.
- Video adaptation of your post and upload to our blog, YouTube channel, and Social media with credits to you.
- Broadcast posts to all our newsletters and blog subscribers.
Disclaimer:
- We won’t accept and publish your final draft if it’s poorly written and presented.
- Refusal to allow for tweaks in your submitted draft, headlines, and content structure will lead to the rejection of your post.
- You must submit your pitch for a new month in the last week of the current month. (e.g.: submit your pitch for July in the last week of June.)
- Post-pitch must contain at least 3 proposed topics in your niche.
- Accepted topics should be developed and submitted before the 10th of the new month.
Our Onboarding Period:
- Our onboarding period is every six months and is open only to niche experts.
- Our team hand-picks our columnist bi-annually, but where there is an opening, we will make announcements.
Our Payment Period:
- We pay upon publication of your post on our blog.
- We’ll send out forms for your payment details and communicate payment dates with you.
